Oh the food we shared at the Interfaith Banquet!

This is definitely one of the aspects I love about this event. So many religions and dietary restrictions, but we still all share the same meal.

One of the many highlights of CIC’s Annual Interfaith Banquets is the dinner. We make sure no religious tradition is excluded by the food we serve, so the menu is kosher, halal, and vegan. What is impressive is how that this doesn’t mean a bland lowest common denominator of cuisine. Instead everyone remarks on how different gastronomic traditions combine to create something delicious and original. :
