Dialogue with Earlham and Bethany seminarians

January 16 a group of nine students from Earlham School of Religion and Beth-El Zedeck Synagogue earlier in the day, so they were primed for an inter-religious conversation.

The diversity of students was noteworthy. A Nigerian Christian convert from Islam, a Conservative Jew. One had been ministering in Mexico and plans next to shift operations to Belize. A self-described “Conservative Friend.”

More than half are or plan to be chaplains. It gives us hope that hospitals and prisons and first responders will be prepared to minister to people of all faiths.

Our thanks to Prof. Grace Ji-Sun Kim for bringing her students to CIC for the second year.
