Have you ever been curious about Muslim’s holy month of Ramadan, but haven’t know who or how to ask? Here’s an excellent way.

Crossroads Community Center Coffee Night is a gathering in a nice and warm environment with a presentation, fun activities, conversation, and delicious Turkish food. Every Coffee Night we focus on a specific topic. This month’s topic is Ramadan and Eid Celebration. Please come and join us to learn about the “Sultan of the Months” aka Ramadan and the “Feast of the Breaking of the Fast” aka Eid. We are looking forward to seeing you at this special event! Please RSVP here or at [email protected]

Cenk Kandemir, a board member of Crossroads Community Center, says:

Its mission is to help the Turkish-American community in the Indianapolis area to better integrate into society, to introduce the Turkish Culture to the community, to cultivate friendship and promote a better understanding of diverse cultures through dialogue and exchange of information. It is a volunteer run organization. As people are inspired by Mr. Gulen’s teachings, they are open to dialogue and try to bring people together in different events and settings. They organize Coffee Nights, Cooking Classes, Picnics, Iftar Dinners etc. to serve the community.

It’s a great opportunity to converse, learn, and eat.
