Center for Interfaith Cooperation

Hoosiers of Many Faiths in Community

Meet an AmeriCorps member — Elsa Kunz

Says Elsa Kunz with the Coalition for our Immigrant Neighbors (COIN)

I joined the Interfaith Enrichment Corps not only because I love interfaith, but also because community engagement helps realize the academic foundations of interfaith work: reconciliation, sharing, and cooperative social action. As an AmeriCorps member serving at COIN, I look forward to increasing the organization’s capacity to enact cooperative practices via outreach and relationship-building to best serve the Indianapolis immigrant community.
My favorite day: April 20th. My favorite national park quarter is Arches National Park. My favorite national park is the North Cascades.
