David Sklar recently returned from a trip to Berlin to learn about how Germany and the EU are handling immigration policy and the crisis of refugees.

David has been the Jewish Community Relations Director of Government Affairs since 2007. David has become a leading advocate on various public policy issues including human service funding, poverty, public education and immigration. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Indianapolis Immigrant Welcome Center and also serves as a board member or officer of numerous domestic issue coalitions, including three years as President of the statewide Indiana Coalition for Human Services.
